Are you interested in becoming a Dakota TESOL officer or Board member?
Any member in good standing can volunteer to become an officer or board member. Representatives are selected based on their interest area. If more than one person is interested in an open position, the current board members will put it to a vote.
New board members take over upon the conclusion of the annual Dakota TESOL conference (October/November) and serve a two-year term.
Current open positions for the 2022-2024 term include interest area representatives in Administration, Higher Education, Adult Education, and Migrant Education.
Current open officer positions for 2022-2023 are President-Elect (should be from North Dakota) who will then serve as President during the 2023-2024 year.
